When I try to reply or forward email, I have no "send" option, only "Save Draft".
I can compose email and send, any suggestions?

What model and are you using BES or BIS?

8700C, Cingular, BES. It's worked fine until since Thanksgiving, started this about an hour ago.

Did you try a hard reset?

Yes, twice. COnnected to my desktop manager and checked all the settings to make sure nothing changed. Everything is as originally set.

I had the same problem and had to go through the Enterprise Activation process again to correct it.

Had that happen to one of our guys. I resent the service book to his BB and it was fine. Seemed to have happened after he did a desktop sync (we are using wireless sync via the BES). He did another desktop sync, same thing happened - resending the service book corrected it. I have not had a chance to go further on why it happened.

maybe the desktop manager install was for the "BIS" solution, not "BES"

reinstall desktop manager with the correct option might be a solution in this case

Not having the Send option in your menu is almost defnitely an indication that your device does not have the service book for BIS. I'm hoping that Cingular has a web portal that allows you to re-send these service books to your device over the air. At the very least, you should be able to call Cingular support and have a rep do it from their console.

Do I need the BIS service books if I have a BES connection? My BB IT group does not know what I mean when I asked if they could resend my service books. Is a link to BB.com that explains the proceedure?

If it's corporate/enterprise email, you may need to redo Enterprise Activation (they should know what that means).

If it is internet email through Cingular that no longer works, you need to contact Cingular and ask them to resend the service books.
