Another Synching Issue

Hi. I set up my first BES server (version 4.0.3) this week and all went well except for a minor issue. We only have two users on the server at this stage and one can synch his calendar remotely and the other can not. All other functions are working as expected.
Successful calendar synching occurs with the 7290 handset runing O/S 4.0.0.185. The 7100 running O/S 4.0.2.49 show calendard synching disabled under the BES Manager screen.

How do you enable it??

My guess is it is a configurational issue (RTM !!) but cannot seem to find it

On the handheld, go to Calendar then click the trackwheel and choose Options. See if Wireless Synchronization is an option. If its marked No, then change it to Yes. If there is no option for Wireless Synchronization, then it could be a number of things - just reply back with an update and we'll proceed from there.

Have you checked Calendar->Options on the 7100 device? There's an option to enable "Wireless Synchronization". It should be set to Yes.
