all incoming calls go directly to voicemail

Can anyone plz help. My outgoing calls work fine and checking voicemail works great. Problem is whenever a call comes in it goes directly to voicemain....HELP

yup...still not working. I've tried everything I could think of and it still goes directly to VM. I really don't want to call Cingular because there's not much telling which person in Inida I'll speak to ;0).

no, it's a new number. I was actually given it for work and the email capability. We have Nextel for cell phones so I carry two. Although I can make calls out on it, I can't receive and it's a p-i-a (pain in the A**). Had the phone for over a month after upgrading from the last model.

if it works, let me know so we can reset voicemail after no answer.

I do have voice service on this phone 800 minutes is what the company pays for. Again, I can make outgoing calls, check voicemail, get email. The phone just doesn't ring when a call comes in.

Your best bet is to call your service provider
