Using 7100g & limited physical ability

I am a Quadriplegic and bought this 7100g because of its reputation and the handy keyboard. I can not locate the feature that will allow me to speak a name in the address book and dial. Does this feature exist & can someone give me some tips on how to max out the hands free accessibility for the 7100g?
Also, the FM radio was a seller; do I need a seperate subscription to use the radio? Thank you for your patience and assistance:bb: (y)

Unfortunately no voice control or FM tuner built into you BB or any other for that matter, you may have been mis-led? There is a third party app called Mobile Voice Control, not sure if it's compatible with the 7100g?

I believe it is compatible, yet it is an extra monthly charge...seems like you were misled when purchasing your BB.
