We are runing BES 3.6 and I have a 7230 (upgrade to 4.0) But none of my collegues have the possibility to create a PIN message. We are using the Dutch KPN provider.
There is only one colleque, who has a Belgium subscription who is able to send out PIN message's. (I have not tested it)
Should I ask my provider to activate PIN? Or have I done something wrong in my setup?

PIN should be included in all blackberry plan (or so I thought) as it sends the messages directly from device to device. Can you send one to yourself?

Sounds like an issue to bring up with your provider then.

If you are running BES this feature may well have been disabled via an IT policy, check with your BES administrator if this is so. I dont believe the carrier can stop you from using this it is a built in feature of blackberry and is very useful for diagnostics
