need help:unsupported media type

Ok, I've searched the forum and cannot find anything on this. When I download a ringtone, which I have done before, on my 8700c and choose download the following file, I get this error: Unsupported media type: audio/amr-wb. I dont think that I've changed anything since my last download either, any help?

might be simply b/c it doesn't support that variant of wave files

It does it on all tones that I try to download from the Cingular website and MEdia Net, with my 8700 as the selected handset. Also, (seperate issue) I cannot log into my bank account anymore like I could last week. Obviously something has gone awry.
