My company has a few Blackberrys that send and receive email via the tmo.blackberry.net email account. We have set up a forward from our Exchange 2003 Server so whenever an email is received on the server a copy is forwarded to the Blackberry of the user.
Problem we've been seeing intermittently is that email will sometimes experience a delay of a few hours before arriving at the recipient's email.
For example, an email was sent from our server (Outlook) to a BB user. This email was received instantaneously. The BB user responded within a few minutes, but his response was not received until a few hours later on both Outlook AND the original senders BB.
Is there a way to better troubleshoot where the problem lies?! I'm still getting complaints at times, but we cannot duplicate the problem.
Thanks!!
