Yes and I see most answer NO. I am not using BES, I'm using BIS but it seems that you should be able to do this.

Yes, if you have a BB with v4.1 and a laptop with the approved BT chipset.
Check the Bluetooth forum for more information.

Nope. All is well here. I clicked on "Home" and found the Bluetooth forum with no effort whatsoever.

It was really easy. You should try it, too.

And at the bottom of every page on this site, or almost every page is a feature called "Jump to Forum". You can use that to find every forum and subforum and go directly to it. Much quicker way to navigate.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help, however it doesn't look like it will work with my Dell and a USB bluetooth and the 8700.

my kind suggestion: do EVEN try the stuff from RIM site -- here is my story: i follwed every step on BB site to uninstall 3-rd party BT sw, but couldn't find the one said in the note "Microsoft BT driver"; so my computer crashed, screwed-up,... NEVER install Windows XP SP2 -- it will crash you computer for sure -- happened to mine.

As a conclusion: forget about it.
