Connecting Blackberry to Computer

I can't seem to figure out how to connect my blackberry to my computer. I purchased my 7100t unlocked from someone else. I have the usb-blackberry cord. I don't know which program to use or how to use it. Can anyone help?:oops:

You should have received a CD with Desktop manager. You need to install that and then hook your blackberry up via usb cord. Then you can choose what you would like to sync with Outlook, ect..

I actually DIDN'T Receive a CD with it. Is there a place that I can purchase this CD or download the program?
