Addresses to Blackberry

Hi. I have a 7100t Blackberry. Is it possible to type addresses(phone and/or email) on my computer and then use the sync cables to put those on my blackberry?

If you use Outlook to synch with, you should be able to synch addresses, calendar, notes, etc. However you cannot synch email. You do this via the desktop manager and an USB connection to your BB, Newer operating systems (4.1) allow you to synch via bluetooth as well.
