I just can't get the damn thing downloaded. I tried a disk and it gives me a "failed to register" and I've tried online and it just gets stuck. Any suggestions.

Finally got the browser working but this desktop i driving me nuts

Have you tried taking the software back to the place where you got the BB and have them exchange it?
