Level 1 HELP!!

I'm trying to set up Level 1 notification for emails from anyone in my company.

The directions I'm able to find tell me to set up a new filter at https://webclient.blackberry.net/WebMail/Window.jsp?site=vzw and to add the wildcard *@<hidden> to include any email from my company.

Problems is when I try to add the filter it tells me "Add Filter
Filter condition 1 contains invalid characters."

What am I doing wrong!!!

In the From contains put mycompany.com then set Level 1 notification. Should work.

maybe I'll just put mycompany?

Looks like just adding the mycompany with no wildcard or .com does the trick. thanks for the hep
