Desktop Manager not supposed to save emails?

I am with t-mobile on BWC. I did a restore on my 7105 and when its gets to messages it says the phone doesnt reconigze the data. I have my sms but no emails. I called t-mobile and they told me its not supposed too? I even went to the advanced options on desktop manager and I see I have 29 messages and I try to just send that info but keep getting the same error. Does anyone know how I can keep my emails back? And why would the programback everything up but not emails? thx for your time and help!

Desktop manager doesn't back up or reconcile emails. Presumably you have a data plan?

The backup and restore is not perfect. Sometimes it gets corrupted. Is that the only backup you have?

yeah its the only back up I have. I can "see" the messages in the advanced section but when I send the data the phone doesnt get it. I always get the same error. Phone doesnt recongize data.
