View Full Version : Blackberry Unable to Forward, but Sends and Receives

I have a 7100 that is having a connectivity issue. When I try to forward emails, I get a red X for less than a scond and then a check - confirming it has been sent. Unfortunately these forwarded emails never show up on the enterprise server or in the recipients email account. This happens for all FORWARDED email, but composed emails work fine.
We are a 7 user company on an enterprise server with Exchange.

make sure you don't also have redirector service books with your bes service books

Make sure you resend Service Books and then Retry.

also, with the reboot - try removing/reinsert the battery
I have seen such odd behavior where the message arrived as PIn and one tried to forward as an email. Also, when the recipient list is so large it simply creates a message that is too large.
The message should have an error associated with it if you look into it...
