New to Blackberry, dumb questions??

Ok,
The company I am with is getting two of us Blackberry 8700s through Cingular.
We will have the unlimited Data plan and the 450 min voice plan.
We have a BB server, but will not be added to it for several months.
My question is:
If we are running an IM program such as IM+ on an unlimited plan, will we see data charges?
What about tethering to a laptop? or does that cost extra?

Note, I am aware of the various hosting companies listed on this site, but if we don't have to go that route......

search the forums brother, by the time someone explained all that you will def. be able to find the answers, there are all sorts of knowledgeable people here. All of thise topics have existing forums with plenty of information. good luck and the enjoy the 8700, best bb evermade...

IM will not cost more through a BES; tethering most likely will. Cingular has a plan for that. See the links in the moderator posts signatures for alot of good starting info.
