Sync Contacts OTA

Is there a way to sync my contacts ota?
I am on a older version of BES and the Admin's don't want to upgrade to 4.x, and are happy with 3.7 (n) .

Nope. Need BES and handeld OS 4.0 or higher.

I am running 4.1 on my 7130e & 4.1 desktop software, but the bes is 3.7...
Does that make any difference?
