Disable Speaker

I am having trouble disabling the automatic speaker phone feature on my 7520. Everytime I answer a call, it is broadcast over my speaker instead of the built in ear piece. It is annyoing since everyone in the office can hear the conversation until I hit the button to disable the speaker. How can I fix this?

In the phone icon -> open the menu, choose Options - choose Push to talk -> change "Spearkerphone" to "off"

That should do it
