Does anyone know of a way to make the 7520 automatically accept meeting requests/invites? Outlook has this feature, but it does not work at my firm if the user has a Blackberry. If the user accepts the meeting manually on the Blackberry, it does mirror that acceptance in Outlook, but we need that functionality on the Blackberry.
The reason is that I work in a law firm and we have a program that automatically generates calendar entries in Outlook for legal matters/cases. Since there are so many of them for each matter, most of the attorneys have Outlook set to auto-accept calendar appointments/meeting invites. It is a real pain to go through dozens of these per day on the Blackberry or in Outlook, manually accepting each one to get it placed on the Calendar where it needs to be.
I realize there is no option on the Blackberry to auto-accept meeting requests (we have the latest OS) but I thought perhaps someone here might have a workaround or other solution.
