Well, after having my Nextel 7520 for over a year, my company today totally switched over to Verizon. We have been using Nextel phones since the first Nextel phones were available, 12 or 13 years ago. Our service guys did not want to give up their radios but we switched anyway. I've also lost my GPS that I had with the 7520. We all have 7250s now and they don't even have 4.1 software. Is 4.1 even available for the 7250? I'm so bummed about this swap-out I haven't even checked.

4.1 is available - from sprint. Look at the RIM Softwre part of the forum for details.

It is available from both Telstra in Australia and Sprint in the US. I am using Sprint's on mine.

Well I think I will give it a shot before I load all my 3rd party apps.
