Network notification emails

I just set up my email for my outlook account. What is with all of these emails I get from "network notification" This is what I get......

This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry Handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.


I get these constantly.......what are they for? Can I disable them from coming in all day?

What carrier are you on? Using BIS or BES?
