how to get calander item from palm to BB

Does anyone know how I can get my calander enteries from my Palm to my new Blackberry????

I don't want to have to enter each item over again.

I have lotus notes at work and only some of my calander items make it from my palm to my lotus notes. I have the more recent BB desktop software and it doesn't have the data migration wizard. can i down load just the data migration wizard???
