Moving BES 3.6

We will be moving BES 3.6 to a new server and was wondering what we should keep in mind to make it a seemless (no recradle) move.

What kind of time frame are we talking about?
How much downtime for the user?

Search "How To - Do a knife-edge cutover from BlackBerry Enterprise Server 3.6" on blackberry's support page.

We did a knife-edge cutover but on 4.0. Everything went really smooth.
There shouldn't be much downtime, maybe just a little delay during restart.
