Midi file from PC to BB

I'm trying to get a midi sound from my pc to my bb. when i email it, it won't allow me to do anything with the attachment. any suggestions?

The only way to load MIDI files is via the web browser. You'll need to post the file to a web site, then browse over to it, select and download it.

i tryed doing just that and could not download my 7520 only says vew ay the mail area... i,m using my phone chip in my bb is this why.
