Google changed Google Local back to Google Maps, and there's a new version for mobile as well (at www.google.com/gmm).
The interesting thing is that Google Local Mobile stopped being able to download stuff when I got switched to BES4 from BES3.6 at my workplace (I still can't browse with the BlackBerry browser, only with Internet Browser and Cingular Browser - weird) but now the new GMM version works fine.
For those who think HelloWorld is better I have to disagree, mostly due to the routing capability (going from turn to turn) that GMM has.
Anyway, I suggest to all those that have been having trouble with GLM to try the new GMM.

Amnon
