Vibrate + Tone

On my 7100t running OS 4.1 thers the option for the ring tones of tone, vibrate, vibrate + tone. The latter of which 1st vibrates then rings the tone. But is ther any way, or any app that will allow the vibrate + tone to vibrate at the same time as ringing the tone, or even ring the tone then vibrate?

Check out Notifier (3rd part application). I never used it much, but I believe it does what you are looking for.
