i wiped my BB...HELP!!!!!!!

i wiped my BB to downgrade from 4.1 to 4.0. i cant find the cd that came with it. does anyone know how i'm suppose to reinstall the OS on my BB HLPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i downloaded the 4.1 desktop manager to i can reinstall 4.1 on it but i dont know what to do!!!!!!!

Uninstall the 4.1 firmware by using the normal program removal tool in windows control panel. Then install the 4.0 firmware that you want to put onto the device. If you leave the 4.1 firmware installed, the application loader will always try to install the newest version.

Download the handheld's OS from your mobile carrier (i.e. Cingular, T-Mobile), and once the setup file is downloaded, double click it and install it. The file will automatically add files to the Application Loader, and you're all set.
