View Full Version : Nextel 7520 Accessories

Just got a Nextel 7520, and am looking for some accessory recommendations.

Anyone have suggestions for the following:

1. Bluetooth headset (something other than the Nextel / JAB0250R, I had one of those on my old phone, and didn't like it) - The Logitech Mobile Pro looks really good on paper, or maybe the Plantronics m3500? I also like the looks of the Motorola HS810 (or 850 if availlible) that someone recommended on this forum

2. Screen protectors - i really like the plastic pulloff protector that is on the screen from Nextel new, can you buy those aftermarket?

3. Carry case - something TOUGH that will protect the BB, but can still be worn with business clothes (i.e. velcro cover doesn't look too good with a suit)

Case http://store.bizshopr.com/rimrac55059.html it works very well. Tough and looks good with a suit may not be available but this leather case will last and protect your 7520 well.

Screen protectors we don't sell right now... we had some that we tried but not all screen protectors will stick to the BB screens.

For the information.

I just went to the ATTWS store, the Verizon store, Radio Shack, Best Buy, and a local wireless store. Out of all those stores, not one of them had the 3500 or the Logitech, and only Best Buy had the 810 & 820.

Anyone else had this experience?

I bought the 810, and am going to try it out for a few days to see if i like it.

What's the difference between the ACC-05150-001 case and the ACC-05505-011 case for a 7520?

yeah i got that, but i'd rather test it 1st, then decide which one i want.

what i really want is the hs850, but it looks like they are all set up for outside the us (i.e. foreign chargers, etc).
