Hi.
I have a BES 4.0 server with only about 15 users on it.
I am trying to add another user - with a 7100 Blackberry.
I go to Enterprise Activation, and enter in the email and password, and click activate.
The mailbox for the user gets the activation email, but that is all that happens.
The handheld says "Activating", and then re-trying - and it sends another email.
I wiped the handheld, and changed the password but it is doing the same thing.
Help?

Have you tried remooving the user from the BES, wiping the device, readding the user to the BES and redoing the activation? That's what I'd do if you haven't already done it.

Full BES or SB? SB will only support 15 handhelds.

I have removed the user from BES, and wiped the handheld completely.
Re-added the user, and tried again. Same deal.
I get the Activation email in the user's mailbox - but no Activation completes!!

Check the Exchange permissions for the user. I had the same issue adding a new user from a new Exchange server. After setting the proper perms in Exchange the Enterprise activation went through like a charm.

You said the activation email makes it to the users mailbox - but does it disappear? It has to be leave the mailbox so that it can be received by the device.
