Iv'e had my 8700c for a couple of days now. I installed the CD disk that loaded Desktop manager on my computer. Am I supposed to download some additional software that works in conjunction with the manager application?
My BB has version .194 and I would like to have the latest version. Where do I go to get these downloads. I am with Cingular.

Thank you for your help please.

When I download the Desktop software, what file do I save it to?

What do you mean what file do you save it to? I saved mine to the desktop. You can run it from there and then set up your PIM sync preferences.

I already have the desktop manager installed from the CD that came with the BB. Am I supposed to download the desktop software aswell, or is everything I need already installed when I loaded the CD?

Everything is on the CD. it is just a simple program that allows you to load any applications, back up or restore your data, or sync with your PIM
