Changing from Evaluation to full version

Hi all,
We are running a BES on an evaluation Licence. Unfortunately the evaluation period has expired and the service is, as expected, off line. Our company has now purchased a new licence, but I have not been able to get the BES running again.
I inserted the SRP ID key, which now starts with S, and a new Authentication key, but this does not allow me to restart the service?
Do I have to reinstall the complete package? or is there another way to reactivate?

The article was a help
