Help with Blackberry Intellisync and 8700c

Greetings,

I just installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager and tried to sync. I have chosen Microsoft Outlook for Calendar, Addresses, etc. Then when I hit ok, I get this message:

Please help! I just want to be able to sync my Blackberry and I can't. And also, when I click the help button in that error message, it says there's no help available!

Are you on BES?

I have one email account that's BES and then 5 or 6 email addresses coming in that aren't.

So if you're on BES aren't you syncing wirelessly?

I don't know how that works. I just wnat to get my contacts from my blackberry into my Outlook. So if I set up my work Exchange email on my home computer, all of my contacts on the blackberry will just "magically" come into my home Outlook program?
