I have BB 7100I and I tried to make a change today to my e-mail I wanted it to check another account. But I figured out it would not be able to check it. It is an account inside my top producer program. So there is no login or password. So I tried to go back to what I had and now It won't check
my pop account anymore. I don't know what I did. It will send e-mail from
that account it just won't check for new mail.
Any help would be great. I tried login onto my e-mail account at nextel and
resetting it up but all it wil do is add a new account.

is the account stil listed as being added in your BIS site?

It does not show up on my BIS site. I know it's there because I can send an
e-mail from my BB and when I receive it on my desktop it says it came from
my account. it just dosen't receve e-mail when I send it to the account.

you can send email because you still have the service book on your handheld
you need to choose to "add account" and re-enter your account settings
