We have alot of t-mobile cells. Only a few BB units though.

I was going to upgrade mine online, $349-$50 rebate. I called std CSRs, they wouldn't budge.

Found my old reps card from like, 2 years ago, called him. He waived the upgrade fee and cmiitments, all I had to pay was tax. I chose Ground shipping (free), since I am out of town for 5 days anyway.

Can't wait to get my new phone!

Is this something he would do for others? I was thinking, me? I'm sure he would be hammered with requests. Please share the info if you're able to. (I can be emailed...) Thank you.
