Address book search

when trying to find an address I start to type the name and the smart search is only bringing up 1 contact when there are over 30 with the letters I have typed. Cannot see any options that would restrict the way the search is done. No filters are selected and no catagories assigned to any of the contacts.

The Address search function only works on the name, not the email address, other address info, or text.
The Search app allows you to choose between searching on the Name field or the text field, but again not the email address or other address info.
