syncronization problem

When I setup syncronization with MS Outlook on my 8700 I get a message that says:

"The file or database associated with MS Outlook is missing, invalid, or points to a file of zero length.

"Use the browse button to locate the file or database ..."

The browse button does not take me to anything "

Any suggestions?

I have recently switched computers and migrated my Outlook files from a Thinkpad T43 to a Thinkpad T60

Did you copy over all your PST data?

I'm assuming your outlook works on the new laptop with all emails, addresses + calendar crud copied over and accounted for.

Do you have the prog installed in a specific directory? It should default to c:\program files\blah blah blah wherever outlook goes... not sure cause I don't use it.
