serious problem

I have a 8700r with smartone vodafone in Hong Kong, starting from yesterday night, I cant connect to my carrier, it appears only the "gprs" instead of the "GPRS"...I called my provider, and they said they are going to resend me the service book....but it didnt work either, so he ran out of solution...and asked me to wipe my bb...!!

and after reinstalling my os to Starhub OS, problem still existing!!!

Hope somewhere here can help me out....!!! or else I will need to buy a new one, cos I dun have a warantee for my 8700r cos I didnt buy it from vodafone......><><><<><:oops: :oops:

you need to go back to your carrier (sorry) and have them make sure that you are actually provisioned for data

remove the SIM and battery and see if still a problem.

Might need to regenerate the encryption key too.

As BERDucky said, they may need to delete and recreate your data profile as well.
