View Full Version : 8700 hangs at startup - debug mode ?

Hi there,
I have a customers 8700 which hangs after a reset (soft- and hard-reset) with the hour-glases.

Before the reset we had a loop during "organizing calendar". This pop-up appeared and disappeared in aloop when opening the calendar for the first time.

I think we now have the same loop during the startup.

Is there any way to stop this procedure, any debug mode, any "secure mode" or any other idea how to fix the problem ?

We tried this with a 7290 - same behaviour.
Domino 6.5.4
BES 4.0.4 current HF.
