outlook web access and calendar

I'm trying to sync my 8700c using BIS through cingular. I'm currently receiving emails, but they are not being deleted off my BB when I delete in outlook. Also, my calendar is not syncing at all, and I've read that some users have gotten each of these to work. My company runs Exchange 2003. Anyone have any advice? I've tried searching and haven't found anything. I just thought I'd check before turning to link2exchange.

sync works one way in BIS - from handheld to BIS inbox
when cingular updates to BIS 2.0 it will sync from your handheld to your OWA account; but not from your Outlook to your handheld

wireless sync also does not work w/ BIS - butif you connect your handehld to the dekstop maanger it will work
