Strange Error Message on BlackBerry

To All:

I am getting the following error on my BlackBerry after doing a hard reboot (taking the battery out and putting it back in):

"Uncaught exception: netrimdevice.api.system.Controlled AccessException"

For the life of me I do not know how to get rid of this error. It only appears on reboots and the BlackBerry runs just fine.

Got this after upgrade to BES 4.1

Anyone know what this error is and what causes it?

use desktop mgr to reload the OS on the unit

use desktop mgr to reload the OS on the unit

Reload the os will have no effect.

It is likely that your device has been assigned an application control policy with User Authenticator API set to FALSE.
