HELP!! my phone does not ring or vibrate

i'm a newbie and this is my first post. I just got my blackberry 7100t as a gift. after i figured out how to pair it with my motorola bluetooth hs801, my phone does not ring or vibrate when i get an incoming call, mail, sms, or even my alarm. i tried disconnecting my bluetooth and even turning off the bluetooth function and it still doesnt work. i also made sure that my phone notification profile is on loud and still doesnt work. if anybody knows how i can fix this please help me out. thanks.

have you checked inside the profile to see if the ringer is not muted?

Yea I checked the profile if its on mute and it wasn't. I even tried creating a new profile. I think it might be a bad ringtone I downloaded from luckyluciano but default ringtones doesn't work either. Also when I use to try to pick a ringtone in the loud profile it usually plays the ringtone as I scroll down the list but it doesn't even do that anymore. I'm thinking about going to a tmobile store to are if they can help me out.

remove your battery for a few seconds. reinsert it. then power it up.

Try going to you wireless icon (looks like a cell tower) near keyboard lock icon. Make sure you have this on.
