View Full Version : Major Issue with Desktop Manager

Running latest TMO Desktop Manager Software

Had issues where the software jsut started to hang after synching...would just stay on "working" and I would have to kill the process to get it to stop the connection to my 8700.

Well long story short I used add/delete to remove the Desktop Manager and reinstalled it.

Now the DM connects to my device no problem....just when I go to set-up the PIM configuration such as selecting MS Outlook for the address book...it just hangs....I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times....

Any ideas....what really sucks is it was working the other day....

I had a very similar problem to this, that turned out to be a corrupt entry in my address book. In the end I sorted out with the help of T-mo and looking at the log files to see where the problem lay.
