T-Mobile Blackberry 7230 - Missing HTML Web Browser

Just got my girlfriend a BB 7230 that came pre-activated from Amazon.com. We've got everything set up but there is no Blackberry Browser...only T-Zones. I have searched the forum for a number of hours but can't find a solution to get the browser to show.

We've already tried registering via the Host Routing Table and also tried the BWC "Send Internet Browsing Books" and "Send Service Books" -- we get the books but there is still no HTML browser icon.

We upgraded the firmware to ATT 4.0 but still no HTML browser.

Please advise. HELP!

you won't get it on a 7230. It only activates the T-zones browser. However, with the "RBRO" trick (do a search) it will be just fine for HTML.
