Hi,

I was wondering if anyone on orange france has been able to get google talk to work. No matter what I try I don't seem to have the service books that are required. Yahoo messenger on the other hand works great and I saw the new yahoo service book on my 8700f. If anyone has had any success I'd love to know how!

Thanks,

D

I am very sure that this is not the problem he has. There is an article (http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelink.exe/fetch/2000/8021/7925/1168036/What_Is_-_Google_Talk_service_book_delivery_restrictions.html?nodeid=1222342&vernum=3) in the RIM/BB knowledge base stating, that due to legal restriction GoogleTalk service books can not be delivered to users if they have their SIM card and BB service with a french carrier.
