synchronizing PIM via Bluetooth

I have been trying to set up a bluetooth connection between my 7130 and my PC....I am able to gain a BT connection, but then the Blackberry Desktop won't connect to it. In the user manual, they tell you to check the "enable bluetooth support" box but it's grayed and unavailable....anyone have any suggestions?

If you are on a BES more than likely there is an IT Policy in place denying you the ability to do so.

No, not on a BES. I'm actually running a straight connection to Outlook in XP Pro....connecting via USB successfully, and I have full administrative rights on the machine/network....any other ideas? :)

Search in the Bluetooth section regarding setup of Microsoft supported BT devices. The desktop manager will not connect via BT unless its XP-SP2 supported.
