Tasks not sync'ing

After doing a wipe, as per Blackberry support, and testing all modules (they all worked...) the tasks have stopped sync'ing on one of our blackberry's

Blackberry: 8700c
BES 4.1

Does anyone have any suggestions? Under tasks --> Options, wireless sync is set to yes. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Now it seems that the only issue remaining is that if the user creates the task in outlook, it then gets sync'ed to his handheld. But if he then deletes it from his handheld, it does not get deleted from the server (outlook.)

Any thoughts? Anyone else experiencing this issue?
