OKay ... here is my question ...

I have a 7100G straight out of the box .... setup for BES and worked great for 24 hours until I powered it down and now it is STUCK in REBOOT ... been 3 hours on the hour-glass ....

This is a "Cellular One / Dobson Wireless" phone and there Tech support just said that " If the user has alot of info on the phone it takes along time to reboot. But we have never heard of it taking over 30 mintues." and that is all they have to say .... nothing more they can do until the phone restarts ...


Any help would be great ..... ??!!!

Short of wiping it and reloading the OS and reactivating it there is not much else you can do, not even request an exchange until you have at least tried to reload the OS in the first place.
It may indeed be a bad device but unfortunately you have to make sure you have eliminated all other possibilities first before you can move further.
