The extra battery life is a given.
But do most of you find the extra weight/size cumbersome...or is it actually more comfortable?

I feel no difference in the size or weight of my bb with the extended battery in my hand. It's more comfortable and gives me something to hold onto since my BB has a tendency to slide out of my hand.

On the other hand, if you use a skin or case for your BB, that's where the difference is. I ordered an open face case for my 7105t about 2 months ago. I was told initially that the extended battery would not fit. Since I can be a bit stubborn at times, I actually stretched the case a centimeter or 2 and fit the phone and battery kit in the case and it works perfectly LOL

The extended battery makes my 8700 seem much more stable in my hand. When I put the regular battery back in, it always feels a little flimsy.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7100/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

It isn't bothersome in my opinion. It depends upon whether you need the extra battery power. An extended battery is worth it if you're using your blackberry a lot. If recommend it to anyone.

Gotta say I'm much too sensitive, Erica.
No difference in size or weight?
Maybe it's psychosomatic on my part.

It does add a bulge to the back of the blackberry but I don't notice a difference in weight.
