Sound level on 8700c

Just seeing if anyone had any suggestions on a load ring tone or how to make the 8700c ring louder. I have it set to high and its load when I preview the ring but when its set and I receive a phone call it doesnt seem to ring as loud. I am a network engineer and I am always around servers that seem to drown out the ring. I have it on vibrate /ring but when im working on something I do not always feel the vibrate. And suggestions.

There are lots of posts on this issue. My ring volume problem was a result of a bug in the OS that sets the ring tone to the volume level of the last speaker phone call. This bug is fixed in the Baharti OS.
