Need to change email server settings on 8700g

Hello,

Due to spam issues, I have to log in to my domain's email server with a full email address as opposed to just a username. I don't see a way to change the User ID: from email settings screen. In addition, BB has tagged the server as IMAP, when it is really POP3. Is there any way or workaround to edit these settings?

OK, nevermind. I discovered from searching that we can gain more control over the settings just by entering false email and server information. The screen takes you to the advanced settings since it cannot configure a non-existing email address.
