sync issues with 8700G

i keep getting an error saying "cannot write data or updata" ..when trying to sync my address book. It won't write these 6 contacts. I don't know why it is having issues with syncing. I have an 8700G ..

For some reason I can't get those recent additions from Outlook to my Blackberry :( it starts off saying processing handheld address book then says " unable to write or update application data..is this a bug?
